550 Mitarbeitende, die für die Herstellung hochwertiger Säuglingsnahrung für das In\- und Ausland zuständig sind, prägen das dynamische, hochautomatisierte Arbeitsumfeld der Fabrik Konolfingen. Dies stellt täglich hohe Ansprüche an unser Team in Bezug auf Einhaltung von Hygienebestimmungen und Arbeitssicherheit. Möchten auch Sie Teil unseres Teams sein?

Zur Verstärkung unserer Abteilung Special Products (SP) suchen wir eine kommunikative und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit als Anlagenführer/\-in.

Ein Tag im Leben eines/\-r Anlagenführer/\-in

  • Aufbereitung von Milch und Kindernahrungsmitteln mit Hilfe moderner Produktionsanlagen
  • Durchführung der Rohstoffaufgabe, Sprühtrocknung sowie Mischen, Bereitstellung und Abfüllung von
  • Durchführung des Reinigungsprozesses (CIP\-Reinigungen) sowie allgemeine Reinigungsarbeiten gemäss den bestehenden Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Dokumentation der Produktions\- und Reinigungsabläufe
  • Tätigkeiten im Linienlabor und Durchführung von Analysen gemäss QMS
  • Verantwortlichkeit für die Produktherstellung unter Einhaltung der Sicherheits\-, Hygiene\- und Umweltvorschriften sowie nach NGMP und SOP's
  • Sicherstellung eines schonenden Umganges mit \- und Packstoffen sowie Energien, Anlagen, Laborgeräten und Reinigungsmitteln
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht\- und Wochenendarbeit

Das macht Sie erfolgreich

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene EFZ\-Ausbildung als Milchtechnologe oder Lebensmitteltechnologe oder langjährige Erfahrung als Anlagenführer/\-in im Lebensmittelbereich
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und ein proaktives Handeln
  • Kundenorientiertes Verhalten in allen Arbeitssituationen
  • Ausgeprägtes Sicherheits\-, Umwelt\- und Hygienebewusstsein
  • Teamfähige und selbstständige Persönlichkeit, die Eigeninitiative und Engagement zeigt
  • Geübter Umgang in SAP, MES und MS Office
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
