Stellenbeschreibung

Als Anlagenführer/in sind Sie verantwortlich für die Bedienung, Überwachung und Einrichtung von Produktionsanlagen. Sie stellen sicher, dass der Produktionsablauf störungsfrei verläuft und führen regelmässige Qualitäts- und Prozesskontrollen durch. Bei kleineren Störungen sind Sie in der Lage, diese selbstständig zu beheben und einfache Wartungsarbeiten durchzuführen. Zudem dokumentieren Sie die Produktionsdaten sorgfältig, um eine lückenlose Nachverfolgbarkeit zu gewährleisten. Ihr Beitrag ist entscheidend für die Effizienz und Qualität der Produktionsprozesse, und Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um die Produktionsziele zu erreichen. In dieser Rolle sind Sie Teil eines engagierten Teams, das sich für kontinuierliche Verbesserung und hohe Standards einsetzt.

Anforderungsprofil

Sie bringen Erfahrung als Anlagenführer/in oder in der industriellen Produktion mit. Ein gutes technisches Verständnis sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sind für diese Position unerlässlich. Sie sind bereit, im Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten und zeichnen sich durch eine zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus. Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab.
