Für ein renommiertes, ökologisch ausgerichtetes und technisch hochmodernes Produktionsunternehmen in der Region Solothurn/Bern suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen motivierten: Anlagenführer / Maschinenführer 100% (m/w/d) – 3- und 4-Schichtbetrieb

Deine Hauptaufgaben: Maschinenprofi: Du steuerst, überwachst und bedienst die hochmodernen Verarbeitungsanlagen und stellst sicher, dass Qualität, Leistung und Produktionsziele kontinuierlich erreicht werden. Prozessoptimierer: Du führst eigenverantwortlich Sortenwechsel sowie Umstellungen durch, passt Parameter an und suchst stets nach Wegen, die Abläufe noch effizienter zu gestalten. Qualitätssicherer: Du führst regelmässige Qualitätskontrollen direkt an der Anlage durch, erkennst Abweichungen frühzeitig und garantierst beste Produktqualität Troubleshooter: Bei technischen Störungen greifst du pragmatisch ein Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Anlagenführer/in EFZ oder eine technische Grundausbildung (z.B. im Bereich Mechanik, Elektrik oder Mechatronik Zusatzausbildung (Plus): Ein SUVA-anerkannter Stapler- und/oder Kranausweis ist von grossem Vorteil. Erfahrung: Erste Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung von Produktions- oder Verpackungsanlagen. Erfahrung im Schichtbetrieb ist von Vorteil. Mobilität (Zwingend): Führerausweis Kat. B und ein eigenes Auto sind aufgrund der Schichtzeiten zwingend erforderlich. Schichtbereitschaft: Bereitschaft zu geregeltem 3-Schichtbetrieb (Früh-, Spät- und Nachtschicht, zeitweise bei Bedarf 4-Schicht). Sprachen & EDV: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie solide Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office. Persönlichkeit: Zuverlässige, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Teamorientierung.
