Unsere Mandantin ist ein etabliertes Holzindustrieunternehmen. Für den Produktionsbereich Oberflächentechnik suchen wir eine technisch versierte Persönlichkeit, die Anlagen nicht nur bedient, sondern Zusammenhänge versteht, Störungen gezielt behebt und Prozesse aktiv optimiert. Deine Aufgaben Du bedienst, richtest ein und überwachst Lackier\- und Beschichtungsanlagen. Du stellst einen zuverlässigen und störungsfreien Produktionsbetrieb sicher. Bei Maschinen\- und Anlagenstörungen analysierst du die Ursache und leitest gezielte Massnahmen zur Behebung ein. Du optimierst Prozesse und Produktionsabläufe mit dem Ziel, Qualität, Stabilität und Effizienz kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Du unterstützt bei Wartungs\- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an den Anlagen. Du schulst und begleitest Mitarbeitende im sicheren und fachgerechten Umgang mit den Anlagen. Du stellst eine konstant hohe Oberflächenqualität sicher und behältst relevante Prozessparameter im Blick. Du pflegst Maschinenstammdaten sowie Prozess\- und Betriebsdokumentationen zuverlässig und aktuell. Dein Profil Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Automatiker oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, und bringst Erfahrung im industriellen Produktionsumfeld mit. Für diese Aufgabe passen insbesondere folgende Erfahrungen und Eigenschaften: Erfahrung als Anlagenführer beziehungsweise in der Bedienung und Überwachung von Produktionsanlagen Motivation und Interesse für die Themen: Robotik, Steuerung, Sensorik und Antriebstechnik. Gute Kenntnisse in der systematischen Störungsanalyse und Fehlerbehebung Erfahrung in der Oberflächenbehandlung, insbesondere Lackieren oder Beschichten, von Vorteil Gutes technisches Verständnis und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse und Qualitätsanforderungen Analytische und vernetzte Denkweise Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein / Kundenorientierung Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Eigeninitiative und vorausschauendes Handeln; nicht in Silo denkend Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Das erwartet dich Hier übernimmst du mehr als reine Anlagenbedienung.
