Anlagenmanager/\-in Fahrbahn Ihre Aufgaben Wahrnehmung der Eigentümerrolle und Ansprechpartner für die Belange der Fahrbahnanlagen Weiterentwicklung von Anlagen\-, Instandhaltungs\- und Lifecycle\-Strategien (LCC, Verfügbarkeit, Sicherheit, Umweltaspekte) Verantwortung für die Zustandsüberwachung sowie Erstellung des Netzzustandsberichts Erarbeitung von Unterhalts\-, Projektierungs\- und Betriebsvorschriften sowie Sicherstellung der Anlagendokumentation Erstellen der mittel\- und langfristigen Investitionsplanung für die Fahrbahn\-Anlagen Auftraggeberrolle gegenüber dem Instandhaltungsteam Fahrbahn Analyse von Störungen, Risikobeurteilung und Ableitung von Optimierungsmassnahmen Pflege des Anlagemanagement\-Tools Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HF/FH/ETH) in Maschinenbau, Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar Erfahrung im Infrastruktur\- oder öV\-Umfeld, idealerweise im Bereich Fahrbahn/Gleisbau oder Tiefbau Kenntnisse im Asset\-Management sowie im Lebenszyklusmanagement von Vorteil Gute Kenntnisse MS Office sowie idealerweise CAD (z. B.
