Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per 1. Dezember 2026 eine:n Anlassleiter:in Event- & VIP-Catering. In dieser Funktion führst du Events & Kon-gresse operativ durch und bist als Gastgeber:in im Event- & VIP-Bereich tätig.

/DEINE AUFGABEN - Leitung, Betreuung und operative Umsetzung von Events & Kongressen - Gastgeber:in in einem definierten VIP-Bereich anlässlich der Heimspiele des BSC YB - Vor- und Nachbearbeitung von Events und YB-Heimspielen - Führen und Schulen der Servicemitarbeitenden - Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards und Opti-mierung der Abteilungsprozesse - Verantwortlich für die Lagerung, Ordnung und Sauberkeit des Gastromobiliars

/DEIN PROFIL - Du verfügst über eine gastronomische Grundausbildung und eine fachspezifische Weiterbildung. - Du konntest bereits erste Führungserfahrung sammeln, hast Freude an der Tätigkeit in der Event- und Sportgastronomie und kannst mit deiner empathischen Art Mitarbeitende zielorientiert führen. - Du glänzt als Gastgeber:in mit ausgeprägtem Dienstleistungssinn und hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität. - Du überzeugst durch ein sicheres, gewinnbringendes und kundenorientiertes Auftreten, besitzt ein fundiertes gastronomisches Knowhow und hilfst aktiv mit, die Eventorganisation weiterzuentwickeln. - Zudem sprichst du gut Deutsch und bist es dir gewohnt, auch am Wochenende oder abends zu arbeiten.
