Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Kaufmännische Grundbildung (idealerweise im Advokatur-/Notariatsbereich) oder eine Weiterbildung zum Paralegal / Certified Legal Assistant (z.B. CAS Paralegal, ZHAW/ZFU oder vergleichbar).
  • Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 2?3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung als Anwaltsassistent, Legal Assistant oder Paralegal in einer Schweizer Wirtschaftskanzlei oder in einer Inhouse-Rechtsabteilung.
  • Kernkompetenzen: Versiertheit im Fristen- und Registrierungsmanagement (z.B. Handelsregister), Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Verträgen/Rechtsdokumenten, Beglaubigungen, Compliance-Vorklärungen sowie Unterstützung im Legal-Tech- und Dokumentenmanagement.
  • Arbeitsweise: Exakte, diskrete und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung und Organisationstalent.
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch ist ein Pluspunkt.
