  • Unterstützung unserer Partner, Partnerinnen, Rechtsanwälten und Rechtsanwältinnen und
  • Führung deren Sekretariate
  • Diverse administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben
  • Reibungslose Organisation des Büroalltages und Terminkoordination
  • Zuverlässiges und speditives Bearbeiten von anspruchsvoller Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Organisation von Reisen und Anlässen
  • Rechnungsstellung
  • Arbeitspensum ab 2026 40\-50%

Ihr Profil: -----------

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung sowie
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Sekretariatsbereich, vorzugsweise in einer Anwaltskanzlei
  • Beherrschen der MS\-Office\-Programme
  • Stilsichere Deutsch\- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (weitere
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil)
  • Proaktive, mitdenkende, flexible Persönlichkeit mit rascher Auffassungsgabe
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Qualitätsanspruch
  • In hektischen Zeiten behalten Sie jederzeit den Überblick, setzen Prioritäten richtig und gehen gekonnt auf die Bedürfnisse der Anwälte
