Anwendungstechniker ===================

Du bringst CNC\-Werkzeugmaschinen zum Laufen und Fertigungsprozesse auf den Punkt. Bei uns begleitest du Kunden von der technischen Klärung über Versuche und Inbetriebnahmen bis zur Schulung und nachhaltigen Produktionsunterstützung.

Anwendungstechniker (m/w/d)

100% / Technik/ Kundenprojekte in der ganzen Schweiz

Deine Aufgaben --------------

  • Du analysierst Kundenbauteile, Zeichnungen und Fertigungsanforderungen und entwickelst wirtschaftliche Bearbeitungslösungen.
  • Du erstellst Machbarkeitsstudien, Bearbeitungskonzepte und Stückzeitberechnungen und unterstützt den Verkauf bei der technischen Ausarbeitung von Projekten.
  • Du planst und realisierst Bearbeitungsversuche, programmierst CNC\-Maschinen und fertigst Muster\- und Abnahmeteile.
  • Du begleitest Maschinenabnahmen, Installationen und Inbetriebnahmen beim Kunden und stellst den stabilen Produktionsanlauf sicher.
  • Du schulst Bediener und Programmierer praxisnah und unterstützt Kunden bei Prozessoptimierungen, Werkzeugauswahl und Anwendungsfragen.
  • Du dokumentierst Lösungen nachvollziehbar und arbeitest eng mit Verkauf, Produktmanagement, Service sowie externen Technologiepartnern zusammen.
  • Du unterstützt Vorführungen, Kundentage und Fachmessen mit deinem technischen Know\-how.

Dein Profil -----------

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundbildung, zum Beispiel als Polymechaniker/in, Produktionsmechaniker/in oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Mehrjährige Praxis in der CNC\-Zerspanung sowie gute Kenntnisse im Fräsen und/oder Drehen.
  • Erfahrung in CNC\-Programmierung, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Werkzeugtechnologie und Optimierung von Bearbeitungsprozessen.
  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt, verständliche Kommunikation und eine lösungsorientierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse; ösisch\- oder Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz und Führerausweis Kategorie B.
