Anwendungstechniker / Technischer Redaktor (m/w/d) 100 % ========================================================

Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen wie Bedienungsanleitungen, Service\-, Montage\- und Wartungsunterlagen sowie verständliche Aufbereitung technischer Inhalte
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung verfahrenstechnischer Anwendungen sowie Durchführung praxisnaher Versuche mit unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen, Werkzeugen und Maschineneinstellungen
  • Analyse von Bearbeitungsprozessen und Schnittqualität sowie Erarbeitung praxistauglicher Optimierungen
  • Einbringen von Praxiswissen in die Produktentwicklung und Beurteilung neuer Lösungen hinsichtlich Praxistauglichkeit, Prozesssicherheit, Bedienbarkeit und Kundennutzen
  • Technische Betreuung der bestehenden Anwender\-SW sowie Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung neuer SW\-Lösungen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Software\-, Funktions\- und Systemtests sowie Begleitung von Maschineninbetriebnahmen
  • Durchführung von Software\- und Anwendungsschulungen für interne Mitarbeitende und Kunden
  • Technische Unterstützung von Verkauf und Kundendienst bei Produktfragen, Sonderanwendungen und Kundenanfragen
  • Mitarbeit in Entwicklungsprojekten und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Mechanik, Elektronik, Hard\- und Softwareentwicklung sowie externen Partnern
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Produkten, Prozessen und Technologien

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als / mit Weiterbildung zum HF / Bachelor in Holztechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der technischen Dokumentation, Anwendungstechnik \& Serviceumfeld im Maschinen\- / Anlagenbau
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft\-365\-Anwendungen
  • Verständnis für mechatronische Systeme, Steuerungs\- und Antriebstechnik sowie deren Anwendung in der Praxis
  • Erfahrung Erstellung von Bedienungs\-, Montage\- und Wartungsanleitungen sowie Schulungsunterlagen
  • Grundkenntnisse Softwaretests, Fehlersuche und Parametrisierung von Anwendersoftware von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations\- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, didaktisches Verständnis und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ösisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil
