Übernehmen Sie die fachliche Führung eines engagierten Pflegeteams von rund 40 Mitarbeitenden auf unserer neurologischen Bettenabteilung, die Akutpflege und Rehabilitation für Menschen mit Schlaganfall, Parkinson, Epilepsie, Hirnblutungen und Schädelhirntrauma vereint. In dieser Schlüsselposition gestalten Sie im Shared Leadership gemeinsam mit der Abteilungsleitung die fachliche und organisatorische Entwicklung der Abteilung. Als Teil des Teams der Pflegeexpertise im Haus, die die verschiedenen Abteilungen fachlich führen, profitieren Sie vom regelmässigen kollegialen Austausch mit Fachpersonen in gleichen oder ähnlichen Rollen. So verbinden Sie fachliche Verantwortung mit echtem Teamrückhalt und gestalten die neurologische Pflege aktiv mit.

Ihre Tätigkeiten ##

  • Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung des rund 40-köpfigen Pflegeteams
  • Sicherstellung einer evidenzbasierten, patientenzentrierten Pflege in Akut- und Rehabilitationsphase
  • Coaching und Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung
  • Beratung des Teams bei komplexen Pflegesituationen, auch direkt am Patientenbett
  • Partizipation und Vertretung der Pflege in interprofessionellen Fallbesprechungen und Gremien
  • Weiterentwicklung fachspezifischer Behandlungspfade und Pflegestandards
  • Mitwirkung an abteilungs- und hausübergreifenden Projekten und Qualitätsinitiativen
  • Regelmässiger fachlicher Austausch mit den Pflegeexperten der anderen Abteilungen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossenes MSc oder PhD
  • mehrjährige Erfahrungen als Pflegeexpertin
  • Kommunikative und integrative Persönlichkeit, initiative, kooperative sowie reflektierte Arbeitsweise, pädagogische und beraterische Fähigkeiten, Führungsfähigkeiten und hohe Sozialkompetenzen
  • Loyalität, Belastbarkeit, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Empathie und Selbstreflexionsvermögen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung und betriebswirtschaftliches Denken
