**Das erwartet Sie**

* Beantwortung klinisch-pharmazeutischer Fachfragen von Ärzt:innen und Pflegefachpersonen (\<\\>) * Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der pharmazeutischen Dienstleistungen, insbesondere des sicheren und effizienten Medikationsprozesses * Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Arzneimittel-Guidelines in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kliniken * Mitarbeit im Stammdatenmanagement des SAP-Warenbewirtschaftungssystems und bei den klinischen Medikationsstammdaten für das zukunftsweisende Klinik- und Steuerungssystem EPIC * Gewährleistung der fachgerechten, qualitätsgesicherten Arzneimittelbeschaffung von zum Beispiel Ersatzartikel bei Lieferunterbrüchen, Arzneimittel im Rahmen von Compassionate Use bis hin zu ATMPs

**Das bringen Sie mit**

* Abgeschlossenes Pharmaziestudium mit idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Spitalpharmazie * Zusatzqualifikation wie FPH Spitalpharmazie, FPH Klinische Pharmazie, CAS Klinische Pharmazie oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung von Vorteil * Analytische Denkweise kombiniert mit strukturierter, exakter und selbständiger Arbeitsweise * Prozessorientiertes, innovatives und flexibles Handeln im Arbeitsalltag
