Wir suchen eine technisch versierte, neugierige Persönlichkeit, die bereit ist, den nächsten Schritt zu wagen – raus aus dem reinen Engineering, rein in eine Rolle, in der Technik auf Kundennähe trifft. Ob du aus der Kunststofftechnik, dem Werkzeugbau, der Produktentwicklung oder einem verwandten Bereich kommst: Bei uns hast du die Chance, deine technische Expertise im Kundenkontakt einzusetzen und gleichzeitig das Vertriebshandwerk von Grund auf zu lernen. Wir formen diese Rolle gemeinsam mit dir.

Deine Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle verbindest du technische Beratung mit aktivem Vertrieb – etwa zu gleichen Teilen Technik und Vertrieb.

Technische Aufgaben (ca. 50 %)

Technische Beratung und Begleitung von Kunden bei der Produktentwicklung und Materialauswahl

Applikationsberatung: Kunststofflösungen erarbeiten, vorstellen und spezifizieren

Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen vor Ort beim Kunden (an der Maschine, im Entwicklungsprozess)

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklungs\- und Engineering\-Teams auf Kundenseite

Begleitung von Projekten von der Idee bis zur Serienreife

Vertriebliche Aufgaben (ca. 50 %)

Betreuung bestehender Kunden (Kunststoffverarbeiter, OEM, Engineering\-Betriebe)

Aktive Akquisition neuer Kunden in der Schweiz (Fokus Ostschweiz)

Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten durch Projektidentifikation

Markt\- und WettbewerbsbeobachtungAufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen

Dein Profil

Was du mitbringst

Technische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Kunststofftechnik, Werkzeugbau, Produktentwicklung, Materialingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Feld

Erste Berufserfahrung in der Kunststoffbranche oder produktionsnahen Umgebung – Erfahrung mit Projekten oder Produktentwicklungen ist ein Plus

Kaufmännische Weiterbildung, kaufmännische Grundkenntnisse oder echte Bereitschaft als Quereinsteiger, den Vertrieb zu erlernen

FLiessende Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse

Französisch\- oder Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Kundenkontakt

Eigeninitiative, Neugier und Lernbereitschaft

Teamgeist und Hands\-on\-Mentalität

Reisebereitschaft (ca. 3 Tage/Woche, Fokus Ostschweiz)
