Für den Standort Seewen\-Schwyz suchen wir zur Vervollständigung unseres Teams per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Application Manager (w/m)80\-100% Ihr Aufgaben\- und Verantwortungsbereich: Die nachfolgenden Herausforderungen machen die Stelle spannend und , Monitoring und technische Parametrisierung der verschiedenen Ihnen zugeteilten Applikationen (Finnova, mammut LION, diverse Eigenentwicklungen) 1st und 2nd Level Support bei Incidents und Change Requests Bedürfnisabklärung bei wichtigen Interessengruppen wie Führungskräfte, Endnutzer und externe Anbieter (wie Fintechs) Koordination von Verbesserungs\- und Automatisierungsmassnahmen Durchführen von Tests sowie das Sicherstellen der ordnungsgemässen Funktion gemäss Anforderungen Durchführung von internen Anwenderschulungen im Bereich der verantworteten Applikationen Festlegung der Priorität bei der Umsetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen in Absprache mit den Business Units Mitarbeit in Projekten Ihr Profil: Vertrauenswürdige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Affinität zur IT Kaufmännische Grundausbildung in der Finanzbranche mit entsprechender Weiterbildung in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Finance, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbaren Qualifikationen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich "Application Management" Kenntnisse in der Business Analyse und über das Finnova Bankensystem oder Banking im Allgemeinen sind von Vorteil Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie ein strukturelles und überlegtes Vorgehen in der Umsetzung Sehr hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Warum Sie es lieben werden, bei uns zu arbeiten: Echter Gestaltungsspielraum: Kurze Entscheidungswege, flache Hierarchien und viel Platz für deine eigenen Ideen.
