Arbeitsort: Münsingen (Homeoffice möglich) Pensum: 80-100% Eintritt: nach Vereinbarung Ein führendes Industrieunternehmen im Bereich Metallverarbeitung, dessen Möbelbausysteme weltweit für zeitloses Design und höchste Qualität stehen, sucht Verstärkung für die Commercial Systems. Du begleitest die digitalen Prozesse hinter einer Designikone und verbesserst sie kontinuierlich. Deine Aufgaben: Du stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb der Applikationen Infor LN, OpenText StreamServe und Kendox sicher. Du leistest 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für die Fachbereiche, analysierst Störungen und koordinierst externe Partner im 3rd Level. Du pflegst und entwickelst die Supportdokumentationen weiter. Du verantwortest Customizing und Konfiguration der Systeme. Du stellst Releases, Updates und Changes inklusive Testing und Dokumentation sicher. Du analysierst bestehende Geschäftsprozesse gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen und setzt Optimierungspotenziale um. Du arbeitest in IT- und Business-Projekten mit oder leitest sie. Du schulst interne Mitarbeitende und stellst die Einhaltung der IT-Richtlinien sicher. Dein Profil: Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung (Berufslehre oder gleichwertig) Abgeschlossene oder laufende Weiterbildung in BWL, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Prozessmanagement Deutschkenntnisse mindestens C1 und Englischkenntnisse mindestens B2 Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen Grosse Offenheit und Lernbereitschaft, um sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten Erfahrung im ERP-/CCM-/DMS-Umfeld, idealerweise Infor LN, OpenText und Kendox, ist wünschenswert Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen in Produktion, Vertrieb, Einkauf, Finanzen und Logistik Grundkenntnisse in Schnittstellen, Datenbanken und Systemintegrationen Deine Benefits: Internationales Umfeld mit sympathischem und eingespieltem Team Angenehmes Arbeitsklima und Du-Kultur Ansprechende Anstellungsbedingungen Moderner Arbeitsplatz und zeitgemässe Infrastruktur Homeoffice als Teil der Arbeitswelt
