In dieser vielseitigen Rolle verantwortest du Lösungen im Bereich Input Management sowie unsere zentrale Datenplattform. Dabei verbindest du fachliche Anforderungen mit technologischen Möglichkeiten und treibst Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Innovation aktiv voran.

So gestaltest du Gesundheit mit ###

  • Du verantwortest das Application Management unserer Input-Management-Applikationen sowie der zentralen Datenplattform
  • Du steuerst den gesamten Lifecycle, von Betrieb, Kosten und Kapazitäten bis zu Changes, Releases, Tests und Einführung
  • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Fachbereiche und IT, steuerst externe Partner und vertrittst die Interessen von SWICA gegenüber Lieferanten und Providern
  • Du analysierst und priorisierst Anforderungen und treibst gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen Digitalisierung und Automatisierung voran
  • Du behältst Abhängigkeiten, Schnittstellen und Datenflüsse im Blick und gestaltest systemübergreifende Lösungen mit
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung der Anforderungen an Informationssicherheit, Datenschutz, IAM, Governance und Business Continuity sicher

Das zeichnet dich aus ###

  • Höhere Fachausbildung in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik (HF/FH/Universität) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Application Management, Service Management, technischen Product Management oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Gutes Verständnis moderner Input-Management-Lösungen, Datenplattformen und komplexer Systemlandschaften, idealerweise im Microsoft-Azure-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister, Software-Lieferanten und Service Provider
  • Du erfasst technische Zusammenhänge rasch und vermittelst souverän zwischen Business und Technik
  • Erfahrung im Input Management, Intelligent Document Processing oder Versicherungsumfeld ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
