Willkommen in der faszinierenden Welt der Steuern! Das kantonale Steueramt erhebt gemeinsam mit den Gemeindesteuerämtern die Steuern für den Bund, den Kanton und die Gemeinden. Wir unterstützen Privatpersonen und Unternehmen im gesamten Steuererhebungsprozess. Dafür engagieren sich rund 800 qualifizierte Mitarbeitende am Standort in Zürich Altstetten. Bei uns erwartet dich ein komplexes IT-Umfeld mit zentralen Fachapplikationen und Systemen rund um den Steuererhebungsprozess. Du bringst dein technisches Know-how ein, übernimmst Verantwortung und bist Teil eines Teams, das gemeinsam für einen stabilen und sicheren IT-Betrieb sorgt.

Deine Aufgaben ###

  • Betrieb und LifeCycle Management von Fachapplikationen, IT-Systemen, Tools und Services im Kantonalen Steueramt
  • Analyse von Störungen und Fehlerzuständen sowie Einleiten, Umsetzen und Überwachen geeigneter Massnahmen
  • Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Sicherheit und Stabilität der Applikationen, Daten und IT-Infrastruktur
  • Technische Unterstützung der Service Owner im 2nd-Level IT-Betrieb sowie fachliche Begleitung externer Mitarbeitender
  • Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur sowie Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung in verschiedenen Projekten und interdisziplinären Teams

Dein Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene höhere Berufsausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb von Fachapplikationen, IT-Systemen oder komplexen IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Vertiefte praktische Kenntnisse mit Unix-/Linux-Systemen sowie gutes Verständnis für IT-Betrieb, Verfügbarkeit und Sicherheit
  • Zusätzliche Zertifizierungen wie ITIL, HERMES, TOGAF, SAFe oder Scrum von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist und guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und technischem Englisch
  • Offenheit für Veränderungen sowie Interesse an Digitalisierung, Agilität und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen ausserhalb der Bürozeiten, zum Beispiel bei Wartungen, Installationen oder Störungen
