Pour notre équipe en pleine croissance au sein de l-équipe de gestion des applications, nous recherchons un(e) confirmé(e)

Responsable des Applications

Le Poste

En tant que Responsable des Applications, vous :

  • Gérez un portefeuille d-applications en tant que propriétaire de service
  • Gérez les applications (Cloud et/ou sur site) incluant accès, facturation, licences, surveillance, ressources, rôles, sécurité, mises à jour
  • Coordonnez la livraison des services aux métiers et assurez la continuité des services informatiques
  • Organisez et réalisez les mises en œuvre techniques pour tous les changements du cycle de vie
  • Fournissez un support de niveau 2 et 3
  • Gérez les améliorations et corrections selon le cycle de vie des applications
  • Soutenez le déploiement de nouvelles applications, les projets de migration et de mise à niveau des infrastructures
  • Travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les clients, définissez les besoins et fixez les attentes
  • Fournissez et maintenez la documentation utilisateur finale et technique

 

Votre Profil

  • Diplôme technique en informatique (ES/HF) ou équivalent en informatique
  • 3 à 5 ans d-expérience professionnelle liée à la gestion du cycle de vie des applications
  • Une expérience en industrie est préférée
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et collaboration dans un environnement international
  • Autonome dans l-organisation du travail et la définition des priorités
  • Orienté solution, avec des compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes
  • Esprit d-équipe et orientation service/client

Exigences Professionnelles

  • Bonne compréhension des méthodologies, techniques et procédures standards
  • Connaissance du marché informatique et des technologies (Cloud, Hybride, Sur site)
  • Familiarité avec le langage SQL et/ou Powershell
  • Compréhension des politiques de sécurité (RGPD), gestion des contrats et principes SLA
  • Expérience avec les systèmes de gestion documentaire (Confluence, Sharepoint)
  • Une expérience avec les environnements Microsoft et/ou Linux est un plus
