Aufgaben: • Projekt neue Automatisierungsplattform d.velop: • Projekt-Mitarbeit beim Aufbau der Plattform und Migrationen • Administration von zwei d.velop-Plattformen • Applikations-Management für verschiedene Business-Applikationen (Automatisierungen), welche auf der d.velop-Plattform laufen • Den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb des Applikationsportfolios im Bereich Automatisierung und Kollaboration sicherstellen sowie die Weiterentwicklung vorantreiben • Applikationen im Microsoft-Umfeld wie SharePoint, M365, Workflowmanagement- und RPA-Tools betreuen, administrieren und weiterentwickeln • Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen aufnehmen, Geschäftsprozesse analysieren und in nachhaltige Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungslösungen überführen • Automatisierungslösungen entwickeln und neue Plattformen sowie Tools erfolgreich in den Betrieb überführen • Neue Applikationen und Lösungen einführen, Mitarbeitende bei Veränderungen begleiten und Schulungen durchführen

Anforderungen: • Berufserfahrung im Applikationsmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, idealerweise im Umfeld von Automatisierung und Prozessdigitalisierung • Abgeschlossene IT-Grundausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF in Wirtschaftsinformatik o. Ä. Bei passender Berufserfahrung kann die Weiterbildung individuell kompensiert werden • SharePoint: • SharePoint 2016 & SE Administration & Support (PowerShell-Knowhow ideal) • SharePoint Online (Intranet) Administration & Support • Automatisierung: • Erfahrung mit Prozess- und Dokumenten-Automatisierungstools • Gut, aber nicht notwendig: Nintex-Knowhow für Support • Support von Automatisierungen mit Bordmitteln von SharePoint 2016 & SE • d.velop-Knowhow ist keine Voraussetzung. • Der Umgang mit Applikationen im Microsoft-Umfeld, insbesondere SharePoint und M365, ist dir bestens vertraut • Du arbeitest gerne an der Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Fachbereich und bringst Menschen und technische Lösungen erfolgreich zusammen • Es liegt dir, technische Themen auch für Laien verständlich zu erklären und Wissen in Schulungen weiterzugeben
