Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft-365-Lösungen
  • Betreuung und Administration von Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online und weiteren Microsoft-365-Diensten
  • Analyse, Bearbeitung und nachhaltige Lösung von Incident-, Service- und Change-Requests
  • Konfiguration von Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online sowie weiteren Microsoft-365-Services
  • Verwaltung von Berechtigungen, Gruppen und Sicherheitsrichtlinien
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen, Anleitungen und Wissensartikeln
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Cloud Engineers, Consultants und Projektleitenden
  • Unterstützung bei Migrationen und der Einführung neuer Microsoft-365-Funktionen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker EFZ oder vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in: Microsoft Teams / SharePoint Online / Exchange Online / Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) / Microsoft 365 Admin Center
  • Erfahrung im Applikationsmanagement oder IT-Service-Management
  • Kenntnisse in PowerShell sind von Vorteil
  • Verständnis von Microsoft-Lizenzierung und Cloud Services
  • Erfahrung mit ITIL-Prozessen von Vorteil
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
