Das Amt für Informatik (AFI) ist das Informatik-Kompetenzzentrum des Kantons Zürich. Es erbringt umfassende Dienstleistungen im Bereich der zentralen Informatikinfrastruktur und kantonsweiter Applikationen für die Direktionen, Behörden, Rechtspflege und selbständige Anstalten. Beauftragt mit der Umsetzung der Strategie Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie (IKT) begleitet und unterstützt das Amt für Informatik den Kanton Zürich in die digitale Welt.Mit dem bevorstehenden Go-live von SAP SuccessFactors und SAP S/4HANA beginnt die nächste Etappe unserer HXM-Lösung. Nach der Einführung der Module Recruiting, Onboarding und Employee Central stehen mit Performance & Goals sowie Learning bereits die nächsten Ausbauschritte an. Gemeinsam mit dem Business Services HXM-Team entwickelst du die Plattform kontinuierlich weiter und gestaltest die HR-Systemlandschaft des Kantons Zürich aktiv mit. Deine Aufgaben Betreuen, Weiterentwickeln und Optimieren der kantonalen SAP SuccessFactors-Lösungen für Recruiting, Onboarding und Employee Central. Analyse von fachlichen Anforderungen und Erarbeitung technischer Lösungen gemeinsam mit dem Personalamt und den Fachbereichen.  Mitarbeit und Leitung von Teilprojekten in spannenden Vorhaben rund um SAP SuccessFactors Beraten der Fachbereiche und Koordinieren der Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachstellen sowie externen Partnern.  Sicherstellen eines stabilen Applikations- und Servicebetriebs Mitgestalten der Weiterentwicklung der HR-Systemlandschaft und der nächsten Ausbaustufen von SuccessFactors. Dein Profil Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Erfahrung im Applikationsmanagement von SAP, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen der klassischen SAP-HR-Module (PA/OM); alternativ Erfahrung in der Betreuung komplexer Business-Applikationen Quereinstieg möglich: mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR-Umfeld mit hoher IT-Affinität und guten Kenntnissen in SAP SuccessFactors - du möchtest den Schritt in die IT wagen Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge, Schnittstellen und die Integration von Business-Applikationen Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit oder Leitung von IT-Projekten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Unser Angebot Gestalte die HXM-Lösung des Kantons Zürich aktiv mit und entwickle eine der grössten SAP SuccessFactors-Landschaften der Schweiz weiter.
