Ressourcendispositions- und Personaleinsatzplanungssysteme

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du fungierst als MitarbeiterIn / Backup im Tagesbetrieb und im Team.
  • Zu deinen Haupttätigkeiten gehört die tägliche Unterstützung und Beratung der PEP-AnwenderInnen.
  • Schulungen und Support der PEP-AnwenderInnen aller Berufsgruppen gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.
  • Du bearbeitest die Abwicklung der Monatsabschlüsse im PEP sowie den Datenexport der variablen Lohndaten und Absenzen vom PEP zu HOSPIS.
  • In deinem Verantwortungsbereich liegt das Abgleichen von Krankheitsabsenzen mit Arztzeugnissen im Tool.
  • Du übernimmst die Prozess - und Applikationsverantwortung im PEP.
  • Beim Erstellen und Aktualisieren von Dokumentationen zählen wir auf deine Mitarbeit.
  • Durch Controlling und das Erstellen von Statistiken für verschiedene Ansprechpartner leistest du einen wertvollen Beitrag.
  • Die Mitarbeit in Arbeitsgruppen bei Schnittstellenprojekten in Bezug auf das PEP rundet dein Aufgabengebiet ab.

Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung im Gesundheitswesen mit Berufserfahrung
  • Sehr gute IT-AnwenderInnenkenntnisse und ein ausgesprochenes Flair für Informatikthemen auch im Umgang mit Datenbanken und Erstellen von Auswertungen
  • Erfahrung in der Ressourcen- und Personaleinsatzplanung oder Disposition, vorzugsweise mit Polypoint PEP, RAP und DIS

Dein Lohn ##

Dein Bruttolohn liegt bei einem 100%-Pensum voraussichtlich zwischen 90'000 und 106'000 Franken pro Jahr.

Die genaue Lohnhöhe richtet sich nach deiner Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung. Im Verlauf des Auswahlverfahrens werden wir deinen Lohn aufgrund unserer Lohnrichtlinien festlegen. Bewerberinnen und Bewerber, die noch nicht über die erforderlichen Kenntnisse oder Erfahrungen verfügen, können im Einzelfall auch unterhalb der Lohnbandbreite eingestuft werden. Für unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten werden in vielen Fällen Zulagen ausgerichtet. Die weitere Lohnentwicklung richtet sich nach deinen Leistungen und den finanziellen Möglichkeiten der Eleonorenstiftung.
