* Se familiariser avec différents services du SG-DEFR et les soutenir dans leurs tâches quotidiennes (gestion des affaires, finances, ressources humaines, communication) * Acquérir et utiliser les compétences techniques, méthodologiques et sociales prévues dans le plan de formation * Assurer le contact avec des clients, traiter les demandes écrites ou téléphoniques de la clientèle et y répondre, organiser et coordonner des événements et des séances * Travailler avec différents programmes et systèmes numériques pour la gestion des documents, la correspondance et les processus administratifs * Suivre les cours de l'école professionnelle ainsi que les cours interentreprises dispensés par l'association professionnelle de la branche afin d'acquérir un solide bagage théorique

Le Secrétariat général (SG-DEFR) est l'état-major et l'organe de coordination central du Département fédéral de l'économie, de la formation et de la recherche (DEFR). Il assiste et conseille le chef du département dans ses activités quotidiennes, est responsable de la planification et du contrôle des affaires, et fournit des services à l'ensemble du département, par exemple dans les domaines des ressources humaines, des finances, de l'informatique, de la communication et de la traduction.
