Apprenti·e en restauration de système CFC 

Notre objectif : former la relève !  

Nous recherchons pour notre restaurant un·e apprenti·e gestionnaire en restauration de système CFC. 

L'apprentissage CFC est une formation de 3 ans qui s'adresse aux personnes motivées à acquérir une vision globale du métier, à développer progressivement des responsabilités et à évoluer à long terme dans la restauration de système.  

Profil 

Cette formation est faite pour toi si : 

  • Tu as terminé ta scolarité obligatoire  
  • Tu as une bonne maîtrise du français (à l'oral et à l'écrit) 
  • Tu apprécies le travail en équipe et le contact avec la clientèle 
  • Tu fais preuve de fiabilité, d'organisation et d'autonomie 
  • Tu sais garder une vue d'ensemble, même dans des situations rythmées 
  • Tu as une capacité d'apprentissage rapide et un bon esprit d'analyse 
  • Tu montres un intérêt pour les processus, la qualité et la performance 
  • L'ordre, la propreté et le respect des règles sont importants pour toi 

 

Ton futur métier 

En tant qu'apprenti·e en restauration de système CFC, tu bénéficieras d'une formation complète et variée, combinant pratique sur le terrain et apprentissages théoriques approfondis.  

Tu apprendras notamment à : 

  • Préparer les produits et servir les clients selon des standards de qualité élevés 
  • Organiser le travail et collaborer efficacement au sein de l'équipe 
  • Comprendre et appliquer les processus de travail du restaurant 
  • Veiller à l'assurance qualité, à l'hygiène et à la sécurité 
  • Assumer progressivement plus de responsabilités sur différents postes 

Avec l'avancement de ta formation, tu seras également initié·e à : 

  • La planification du travail et l'organisation des équipes 
  • Le contrôle des coûts et la gestion des ressources 
  • Les bases du marketing et de la satisfaction client 
  • Les principes de la gestion du personnel 

Ta formation 

La formation CFC dure 3 ans et comprend : 

  • Formation pratique directement en restaurant 
  • Cours professionnels pour approfondir tes connaissances théoriques 
  • Cours interentreprises pour relier la théorie à la pratique 

Ton certificat fédéral de capacité (CFC) constitue une base solide pour ton avenir professionnel chez McDonald's ou dans le secteur de la restauration.
