Micromécanicien(ne) (Etampe / moule) CFC (H/F)

Description du poste ##

L-apprenti micromécanicien participeras à la fabrication, à l-usinage et à l-assemblage de composants de très petite taille destinés aux domaines de la microtechnique, de l-horlogerie, de la mécanique de précision ou du médical. Encadré par des professionnels, tu apprendras à utiliser des machines conventionnelles et CNC, à contrôler la qualité des pièces produites et à respecter des tolérances extrêmement fines.

Missions principales

  • Usinage de précision - apprentissage des techniques d-usinage traditionnelle et CNC (tournage, fraisage, perçage, rectification, électroérosion)
  • Fabrication de micro-pièces - réalisation de composants selon des plans techniques et des exigences dimensionnelles strictes
  • Assemblage et montage - assemblage de sous-ensembles mécaniques, manipulation de pièces délicates et utilisation d-outils de précision
  • Contrôle qualité - vérification des dimensions, états de surface et conformités à l-aide d-instruments de mesure (micromètre, projecteur de profil, comparateur)
  • Lecture de plans - interprétation de dessins techniques, compréhension des tolérances et des spécifications
  • Maintenance de base - entretien courant des machines et du poste de travail

  • Habileté manuelle et précision dans les gestes
  • Rigueur et sens du détail - indispensable pour travailler sur des pièces de quelques millimètres
  • Intérêt pour la technique et les machines-outils
  • Patience et persévérance - progression par essais, ajustements et contrôles
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à suivre les consignes
  • Organisation et propreté - essentiel dans un environnement de haute précision
  • Respect strict des règles de sécurité - indispensable pour travailler avec des produits chimiques et des installations électriques
