Apprenti·es Assistant·e en soin et santé communautaire Nous recherchons pour nos CMS de Moudon, Payerne et Avenches nos futur·es : APPRENTI·ES ASSISTANT·E EN SOIN ET SANTÉ COMMUNAUTAIRE Ta mission Découvrir progressivement le métier d’Assistant·e en soins et santé communautaire au sein d’une équipe interdisciplinaire. Accompagner les client·es dans leur quotidien et contribuer à leur bien\-être ainsi qu’au maintien de leur autonomie. Participer aux soins de base et développer, au fil de ta formation, tes compétences dans la réalisation de soins médico\-techniques. Observer l’évolution de l’état de santé des client·es et transmettre les informations utiles à l’équipe. Collaborer avec différents professionnel·les de la santé et découvrir la richesse du travail à domicile. Mettre en pratique les connaissances acquises durant ta formation et gagner progressivement en autonomie. Ton profil Tu as terminé ou es en voie de terminer ta scolarité obligatoire. Tu souhaites te former dans le domaine de la santé et t’investir dans un apprentissage de 3 ans. Tu apprécies le contact avec les personnes et fais preuve d’écoute, de respect et de bienveillance. Tu es curieux·se, motivé·e et prêt·e à apprendre. Tu apprécies le travail en équipe et sais t’adapter à différentes situations. Tu fais preuve de sérieux, de ponctualité et de fiabilité. Une journée d’observation pourra ensuite être organisée afin de te permettre de découvrir concrètement le métier et le fonctionnement du CMS. Tu participeras enfin aux tests de sélection prévus dans le cadre du recrutement des apprenti·es.
