Apprenti(e) mécanicien(ne) de production CFC Introduction de la société Rubattel \& Weyermann SA fait partie du Swatch Group (Leader Mondial de l'horlogerie). Nous sommes reconnus comme étant le partenaire privilégié des marques du Groupe pour la fabrication de cadrans et la décoration de surfaces. Nous sommes convaincus de l'importance de former la nouvelle génération dans nos métiers et dans cette optique, nous offrons une place d'apprentissage de Apprenti(e) mécanicien(ne) de production (CFC) Description du poste Tu développeras des compétences techniques variées et apprendras à intervenir sur l'ensemble du processus de fabrication. Tu seras amené à : Lire et interpréter des dessins techniques \-\- comprendre les cotes, les tolérances et les exigences nécessaires à la production Usinage de précision \-\- apprentissage des techniques d'usinage traditionnelle et CNC (tournage, fraisage, perçage, rectification) Fabrication de pièces \-\- réalisation de composants selon des plans techniques et des exigences dimensionnelles strictes Contrôle qualité \-\- vérification des dimensions, états de surface et conformités à l'aide d'instruments de mesure (micromètre, projecteur de profil, comparateur) Lecture de plans \-\- interprétation de dessins techniques, compréhension des tolérances et des spécifications Maintenance de base \-\- entretien courant des machines et du poste de travail Profil Excellente dextérité \-\- aisance dans les gestes techniques et le travail manuel précis Intérêt marqué pour la mécanique \-\- motivation naturelle pour comprendre, manipuler et assembler des éléments mécaniques Aisance dans les branches techniques et mathématiques \-\- facilité à aborder les notions scientifiques et logiques Dynamisme \-\- attitude proactive et énergie positive dans le travail quotidien.
