Appartenant à un grand groupe horloger haut de gamme, nous nous sommes, au fil du temps, forgés une réputation d’excellence dans les domaines de l’usinage de masse oscillante et de la mécanique de haute précision. Pour la rentrée d’août 2027, nous proposons une place d’apprentissage d’ : APPRENTI – MÉCANICIEN DE PRODUCTION CFC (H/F) Vous aimez comprendre comment fonctionnent les machines, réaliser des choses concrètes et voir le résultat de votre travail ? Le métier de mécanicien de production pourrait vous correspondre. Chez Dynafer, vous apprendrez à fabriquer des pièces de précision destinées principalement à l’industrie horlogère, à l’aide de machines conventionnelles et CNC. Accompagné par des professionnels expérimentés, vous développerez progressivement votre savoir\-faire technique et gagnerez en autonomie dans un environnement de travail moderne et à taille humaine. VOS PRINCIPALES ACTIVITÉS Lire et comprendre des plans techniques et des ordres de fabrication Préparer les matières, les outils et les moyens de production nécessaires Régler et utiliser des machines conventionnelles et CNC Réaliser différentes opérations d’usinage pour fabriquer des pièces de précision Surveiller le processus de fabrication et effectuer les ajustements nécessaires Contrôler les dimensions et l’aspect des pièces à l’aide des moyens de mesure appropriés Identifier les éventuels défauts ou problèmes de fabrication et participer à leur résolution Nettoyer et entretenir les machines, les outils et les moyens de production Travailler dans le respect des exigences de qualité et des règles de sécurité VOTRE PROFIL Scolarité obligatoire achevée Bonnes aptitudes en mathématiques Intérêt pour la mécanique et les environnements techniques Esprit logique, méthodique et curieux Habileté manuelle et sens de la précision Goût pour le travail soigné et bien réalisé Sens de l’ordre et des responsabilités Motivation et envie de vous investir pleinement dans votre formation, tant sur le plan scolaire que professionnel NOUS OFFRONS Une formation de qualité et un accompagnement de proximité L’opportunité d’acquérir un véritable savoir\-faire technique Des outils et moyens de production performants Un environnement de travail agréable au sein d’une entreprise à taille humaine Des conditions de travail attractives, notre société étant régie par la CCT des industries horlogère et microtechnique suisses Une cafétéria récente et équipée Un horaire de travail de 8h par jour, complété par du rattrapage permettant un complément de congésLa flexibilité de votre emploi du temps (horaire libre entre 6h et 20h) ENVIE DE NOUS REJOINDRE ?
