Polymécanicien (H/F) - Spécialisation Méthodes industrielles

Tu débutes ta formation en apprenant les bases du métier de polymécanicien, notamment la fabrication de pièces, l-utilisation de machines conventionnelles et CNC ainsi que la lecture de plans. Dans une deuxième phase de ta formation, tu t-orienteras vers une spécialisation en méthodes industrielles. À ce stade, tes activités seront principalement tournées vers la préparation, l-optimisation et le suivi des processus de fabrication, plutôt que vers la fabrication directe de pièces.

Description du poste ##

 

1ère phase de formation - Base du métier de polymécanicien

  • Usinage de pièces mécaniques - fabrication d-outils, de composants et de dispositifs à l-aide de machines conventionnelles ou CNC
  • Programmation et réglage des machines CNC - création, optimisation et ajustement des programmes
  • Contrôle dimensionnel et qualité - vérification des mesures, tolérances et exigences techniques des pièces produites
  • Assemblage mécanique - montage d-éléments, sous-ensembles et dispositifs selon les plans
  • Maintenance et diagnostic - entretien des machines et interventions de base
  • Fabrication de prototypes - réalisation de pièces unitaires ou petites séries
  • Préparation des matériaux - choix, découpe et mise en forme
  • Lecture de plans techniques - interprétation des dessins, cotes et tolérances

2ème phase de formation - Spécialisation en méthodes industrielles

Dans cette phase, tes activités sont principalement orientées vers la préparation, l-optimisation et le suivi des processus de fabrication.

  • Créer les gammes, nomenclatures et données SAP - structurer et maintenir les informations techniques nécessaires à la production
  • Mener des actions d-amélioration continue - analyser les causes racines, proposer des solutions et participer à leur mise en œuvre
  • Suivre les ordres de fabrication dans les ateliers - s-assurer de la bonne exécution des OF pendant les phases d-industrialisation ou d-amélioration
  • Collaborer avec la production - analyser les postes de travail et échanger avec les équipes pour optimiser les processus
  • Mettre à jour et exploiter les fichiers de suivi - des industrialisations et des améliorations
  • Industrialiser les prototypes - travailler avec les chefs de projet pour le passage en production
  • Suivre les essais internes - planifier, observer et analyser les tests réalisés

Profil ##

  • Personnalité dynamique, animée par la volonté de progresser continuellement et d-améliorer ses performances
  • Fort intérêt pour les activités pratiques et techniques, avec une approche concrète du travail
  • Sens aigu de l-exactitude et de la précision, indispensables pour garantir une qualité irréprochable
  • Motivation à atteindre des objectifs de production ambitieux, en privilégiant la collaboration et l-efficacité d-équipe
  • Aisance à évoluer dans un environnement technologique en évolution constante, soutenue par une grande capacité d-apprentissage
  • Facilité de contact, posé et logique
  • Compétence informatique notamment dans Excel
  • Niveau secondaire supérieur ou d-un degré moyen, accompagné de très bons résultats en géométrie, algèbre, calcul et dessin technique
