Deine Rolle ##

Wir bieten dir eine fundierte dreijährige kaufmännische Ausbildung mit hohem Praxisbezug in vielen Abteilungen der Verwaltungsbereiche der Aviatik. Zu diesen Bereichen zählen überwiegend die Prozessplanung auf digitalen Plattformen, Qualitätssicherung, das Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, der Einkauf, Kundenservice sowie das Personalwesen. Während deiner Ausbildung rotierst du in den verschiedenen Abteilungen unseres Unternehmens. Du wirkst an vielen verschiedenen administrativen Abläufen mit, kommunizierst abteilungsübergreifend und beteiligst dich an zahlreichen Prozessen. Zudem kannst du an Projekten, Eventplanungen und Prozessoptimierungen mitwirken.

Voraussetzungen ##

  • Spass an detaillierter und genauer Arbeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)
  • Abgeschlossene Sekundarschule (E oder P-Zug)
  • Interesse aktiv an Prozessen und Abläufen mitzuwirken Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und and der Teamarbeit
  • Guter Umgang mit dem Computer (MS Office) und digitalen Plattformen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Selbstständigkeit, sorgfältiges Arbeiten
  • Engagement, Teamgeist sowie gute Umgangsformen
  • Passion für die Luftfahrtbranche
