Während deiner Grundausbildung in unserer Partnerfirma lernst du den professionellen Umgang mit verschiedenen Materialien sowie die Bedienung konventioneller Bearbeitungsmaschinen. Am Ende des ersten Lehrjahres schließt du diese Grundausbildung ab. Anschliessend wirst du bei uns verschiedenen Abteilungen kennenlernen und erhältst eine umfassende Ausbildung in den Bereichen des Flugzeugunterhalts.

Deine Rolle ##

Der / die Polymechaniker/in EFZ fertigt Werkstücke, stellt Werkzeuge und Vorrichtungen für die Produktion her oder baut Geräte, Apparate, Maschinen oder Anlagen zusammen. In Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachleuten der Lehrwerkstatt bearbeitest du Projekte und erstellst technische Dokumente. In der Lehrwerkstatt lernst du die Grundfertigkeiten (Drehen, Bohren, Fräsen, Schleifen). Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Materialien und lernst deren Eigenschaften sowie den Umgang mit den Maschinen, Werkzeugen und Mess- und Prüfmitteln kennen. Nach der Grundausbildung startet deine Zeit in den Hangars und Werkstätten bei uns am Flughafen. Während der Ausbildung zum Polymechaniker Flugzeugunterhalt gibt es eine Vielzahl von Tätigkeiten, die du erlernen und unterstützen wirst.

Voraussetzungen ##

  • Begeisterung für die Luftfahrt und die Technik rund ums Flugzeug
  • Freude an präziser, handwerklicher Arbeit und an Maschinen
  • Interesse an physikalischen und technischen Zusammenhängen
  • Guter Abschluss der Sekundarschule E - vor allem in Mathe und Physik
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Analytisches Denken, systematische Arbeitsweise und räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen
  • Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Motivation und gute Umgangsformen
