Chaque année, de nombreux jeunes osent chez nous le saut dans la vie professionnelle en tant que cuisinières et cuisiniers, employés de cuisine EBA, professionnels de la santé (FaGe), assistant(e)s santé et social (AGS), professionnels hôtellerie-ménage EFZ et EBA, professionnels de l'entretien des bâtiments EFZ, spécialistes ICT EFZ ainsi que commerçants.

Le centre de santé de Dielsdorf est un centre de compétence gériatrique moderne avec environ 500 collaborateurs issus de 35 nations. Notre offre va du conseil pour les personnes âgées et leurs proches aux soins de longue durée généraux et spécialisés, jusqu-aux soins et accompagnement à domicile. Avec plus de 200 lits, l-offre stationnaire de soins de longue durée généraux sur le site de Dielsdorf est complétée par des parcours de traitement spécialisés pour les soins aigus et de transition en réhabilitation, les soins palliatifs, la gériatrie psychiatrique et le focus sur la démence. Sur le site de Regensdorf, nous offrons à 54 résidents un environnement familial avec un accompagnement professionnel en soins.

Tes tâches

  • Chaque jour, la joie d-accompagner attentivement nos résidents et clients dans leur quotidien et de contribuer à leur vie quotidienne
  • Soutenir nos résidents et clients dans les actes de soins tels que l-hygiène corporelle, le mouvement et la prise alimentaire, sous la direction de nos formateurs professionnels
  • Un environnement où ta manière de travailler attentionnée est appréciée par nos résidents et clients
  • Une mission pour des personnes qui te seront reconnaissantes pour ton engagement, ton écoute attentive ou pour une promenade
  • Assez d-espace pour tes temps d-apprentissage
  • Un accompagnement engagé durant ta formation, pour laquelle tu as posé la base optimale avec tes bonnes notes de la Sek B ou C

  • Manière de travailler soigneuse et précise
  • Sens des responsabilités et fiabilité
  • Bonne capacité d-organisation
  • Esprit d-équipe et compétences en communication, bonnes manières ainsi que goût du contact

  • Sens de la propreté et de l-ordre
