Apprentissage d'employé·e de commerce CIMO Compagnie industrielle de Monthey SA est une entreprise suisse créée en 1997 composée de 450 collaborateurs(trices) dans 80 métiers spécialisés. Inscrivant sa stratégie dans une volonté de développement durable et d’innovation, CIMO est active, notamment, dans les domaines suivants : production et distribution d’énergies, traitement des résidus, maintenance technique, ingénierie, automation, hygiène et sécurité, environnement, laboratoire, médecine du travail. Nous cherchons des candidats pour un : Apprentissage d'employé·e de commerce Ton profil Intérêt pour les outils informatiques Aisance rédactionnelle Autonomie et sens de l'organisation Goût du travail précis et des contacts humains Esprit méthodique Plan de formation L'apprentissage se déroule sur 3 ans et conduit au certificat fédéral de capacité CFC. Formation théorique : Les cours sont dispensés à l'Ecole Professionnelle Commerciale et Artisanale (EPCA) à Sion à raison d'un jour à deux jours par semaine. Formation pratique : La formation pratique en entreprise se déroule chez CIMO, sous la responsabilité d'un·e formateur·trice. Les cours interentreprises (CIE) sont organisés par la CIFC (Communauté d'Intérêts pour la Formation Commerciale) à Sion afin de recevoir les bases pratiques du métier. Le métier Dans le cadre de ton apprentissage, tu auras l'opportunité de découvrir des domaines très diversifiés. Le travail se fait principalement par le biais d'un PC, d'un téléphone ou de la documentation papier. Tu auras l'occasion de faire un tournus entre trois services dans lesquels tu te familiariseras entre autres avec : Administration des ventes : prise de téléphone, gestion de la planification d'agenda et de séances, traitement de commandes... Finances : contrôle et comptabilisation des factures, transactions de comptabilité, traitement des demandes d'achats... Ressources Humaines : gestion des données du personnel, suivi des horaires des collaborateurs, édition de documents en lien aux assurances sociales... Perspectives d'avenir Après l'obtention de ton CFC, tu peux envisager les perfectionnements suivants : Brevet fédéral Diplôme fédéral Bachelor of Science HES Etc.
