Les services informatiques de la ville de Thoune (IDT) sont un prestataire central de la ville de Thoune, des écoles publiques de Thoune et pour des clients tiers, comme par exemple des communes régionales. L'IDT gère et entretient aujourd'hui environ 4'300 postes de travail, 215 serveurs, 4'800 comptes utilisateurs dans le réseau éducatif et 800 comptes utilisateurs dans l'administration. Au sein des services informatiques de Thoune, tu obtiens un aperçu passionnant des diverses tâches de la ville et aides à les soutenir avec nos solutions informatiques innovantes. À partir du 1er août 2027, nous proposons dans les services informatiques un ###

Tes tâches :

  • Recevoir et traiter les problèmes matériels, logiciels ainsi que réseau par téléphone ou système de tickets
  • Préparer et installer des postes de travail informatiques
  • Aider à l'analyse, à la résolution et à la documentation des problèmes TIC
  • Soutenir le processus de commande et la gestion des cas de garantie
  • Aider à la gestion des droits d'accès
  • Mettre à jour et enregistrer des entrées de connaissances sur des sujets informatiques et créer de nouvelles descriptions de processus

Tu apportes :

  • De préférence un diplôme de fin d'études secondaires ou école de niveau secondaire avec 10e année scolaire
  • Intérêt pour l'informatique et les nouvelles technologies
  • Maîtrise sûre de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit ainsi que de bonnes connaissances en anglais
  • Créativité dans la recherche de solutions et rapidité de compréhension
  • Travail fiable, consciencieux et volonté d'apprendre de nouvelles choses
  • Personnalité ouverte et serviable avec plaisir du contact humain

  • Formation pratique dans les domaines de l'exploitation, de la maintenance, de l'installation et de la planification
  • 7 semaines de vacances, semaine de 41 heures
