Pour le grand magasin Manor Lausanne, nous recherchons pour le 01.08.2027 notre nouvelle Youngstar, dans le domaine spécifique Conception et réalisation d-expériences d-achat. ##

Tes responsabilités

  • Établir des relations avec les clients/tes, être capable de répondre à leurs exigences au cours des entretiens de vente
  • Analyser les besoins des clients/tes et leur offrir des solutions
  • Présenter les tendances et les produits, organiser des événements et promotions pour les clients tout en créant une expérience d'achat agréable
  • Prendre en charge et traiter les réparations, retours, réclamations
  • Savoir reconnaître les évolutions et tendances du commerce de détail et les mettre en place quotidiennement
  • Être capable de gérer les processus de gestion de la marchandise fournis par nos systèmes informatiques
  • Communiquer par le biais de différents canaux
  • Travailler au sein de plusieurs équipes

Ton profil

  • Tu es doté/e de qualité d'approche des personnes même si tu ne les connais pas. Tu sais convaincre les personnes grâce à ta façon de te rapporter de façon positive et gagnante
  • Tu sauras transmettre aux autres ton sens inné pour les tendances
  • Tu as conclu le degré secondaire 1 (école avec exigences élevées) avec de bonnes notes
  • Tu sais t'exprimer dans une langue étrangère
  • Tu as répondu au Multicheck prévu pour les professionnels du commerce de détail et obtenu un résultat global "suffisant"
  • Tu es prêt à travailler le samedi et le soir
