  • à répondre de manière motivée et professionnelle aux demandes de la clientèle et à trouver des solutions optimales 
  • à travailler en toute confiance avec les différentes bases de données et outils 
  • en plus de tes activités au front des clients, à t'occuper aussi de tâches passionnantes en coulisses, comme les achats, la présentation des produits, le stockage ou la promotion des ventes

Ce que tu apportes

  • Scolarité obligatoire achevée, degré moyen (secondaire) avec constamment des bons résultats. 
  • Le français, les mathématiques et au moins une langue étrangère (allemand ou anglais) font partie de tes points forts. 
  • Tu es fasciné(e) par les produits et les tendances du monde des TIC. 
  • Tu convaincs par tes bonnes capacités d'expression et de communication orale et écrite, que ce soit en français ou dans une langue étrangère. 
  • Tu accordes une grande importance aux bonnes manières et tu aimes le contact avec les gens. 
  • Tu as le sens des chiffres et tu es flexible. 
  • Ta curiosité te pousse à vouloir constamment découvrir et apprendre de nouvelles choses. 
  • Tu connais le modèle de formation spécifique à Swisscom et tu as envie d'en faire partie. 
  • Dans le cadre du contrôle d'intégrité, un extrait de casier judiciaire en cas de majorité, sera demandé avant le début de l'apprentissage
