Horizonte ist eine gemeinnützige Organisation und setzt sich mit verschiedenen Angeboten im Wohn- und Arbeitsbereich für die soziale und berufliche Integration von Menschen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung ein. Das Café Horizonte bietet Menschen mit einer psychischen Beeinträchtigung eine sinnvolle Beschäftigung mit Tagesstruktur im gastronomischen und raumpflegerischen Bereich.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Arbeitsagog:in als Gruppenleiter:in Café, 80-90 % (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben, die Sie gemeinsam mit Ihrer Teamkollegin wahrnehmen

  • Führung, Begleitung und Förderung der Mitarbeitenden unter Berücksichtigung der agogischen, fachlichen und betrieblichen Vorgaben
  • Gestaltung eines abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsalltags sowie Schaffung eines fördernden, wertschätzenden Umfeldes für Mitarbeitende und interne Gäste
  • Mitverantwortung für den bedarfsgerechten und wirtschaftlichen Einkauf von Lebensmitteln, das Bestell- und Inventarwesen 
  • Sicherstellung und Einhaltung der geltenden Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards 
  • Verantwortung für die Betriebssicherheit der technischen Anlagen, Einhaltung der Betriebsordnung sowie der geltenden Reglemente
  • Aktives Einbringen von Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung der Organisation 

Ihr Profil

  • Abschluss in Arbeitsagogik, mit Fachrichtung psychische Beeinträchtigung
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen und unterschiedlichen Unterstützungsbedürfnissen 
  • Berufserfahrung im Gastronomiebereich 
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Kunden- und Dienstleistungsverständnis mit hohem Kostenbewusstsein
  • Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick sowie selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Engagierte, empathische, flexible und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit zuverlässigem und lösungsorientiertem Handeln
  • Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office
  • Sie begegnen Menschen mit einer positiven Lebenseinstellung und haben Freude an der Gästebetreuung
