Ihre Aufgaben - Planung, Steuerung und Vorbereitung von Fertigungsaufträgen - Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsplänen, Stücklisten und Fertigungsunterlagen - Terminierung und Überwachung von Produktionsaufträgen - Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen und termingerechten Fertigung - Kapazitätsplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Fertigungsleitung - Materialdisposition und Abstimmung mit Einkauf und Lager - Optimierung von Fertigungsabläufen und Arbeitsprozessen - Pflege von Stammdaten im ERP-System - Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte in die Serienfertigung - Erstellung von Auswertungen und Kennzahlen zur Produktionssteuerung - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Qualitätssicherung, Einkauf und Produktion - Stellvertretung Fertigungsplanung und -Steuerung sowie operativer Einkauf (wünschenswert)

Ihr Profil - Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Industriemechaniker, Zerspanungsmechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation - Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Industriemeister von Vorteil - Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigungsplanung oder Produktionssteuerung - Gute Kenntnisse in der spanenden Fertigung und/oder Montage von technischen Komponenten - Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen - Technisches Verständnis sowie sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Stücklisten - Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise - Organisationsgeschick sowie ausgeprägtes Planungsvermögen - Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen - Hohes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
