Afin de compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons : un/une architecte

 

Taux d-occupation: 100% (80% possible) Disponibilité: de suite ou à convenir

 

Le/la candidat(e) sera amené(e) à travailler sur des projets variés, allant du domaine de la rénovation et transformation de bâtiments, au développement de projets architecturaux.

 

Nous recherchons une personne polyvalente, rigoureuse et pragmatique, capable de gérer efficacement ses projets et d-en assurer la coordination avec les différents intervenants.

 

Vos principales tâches seront :

Développer des projets architecturaux, de l-avant-projet aux phases d-exécution

Elaborer et coordonner les plans, coupes, détails constructifs et dossiers d-exécution sur ARCHICAD

Assurer la coordination avec les ingénieurs, mandataires spécialisés, entreprises et autres partenaires du projet

Analyser et intégrer les contraintes techniques, réglementaires et constructives

Collaboration à la rédaction d'appels d-offres

Expérience ou compétences en direction de travaux représentent un atout

 

Votre profil présente les compétences suivantes :

Diplôme d-architecte HES, EPF ou formation équivalente

Maîtrise de la construction en Suisse et connaissance des normes SIA, réglementations et des procédures administratives genevoises

Expérience d-au minimum 3 ans en Suisse en tant qu-architecte

Excellente maîtrise d-Archicad

Maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique courants

Parfaite maîtrise de la langue française, à l-écrit et à l-oral

Aisance relationnelle et autonomie
