Au sein d'une équipe technologique de cinq personnes, vous accompagnerez le CTO sur des projets d'architecture logicielle, d'agents IA et d'automatisation. Vous bénéficierez d'un accompagnement personnalisé pour développer vos compétences et prendre progressivement davantage de responsabilités. Votre curiosité et votre capacité à comprendre les besoins métier primeront sur votre maîtrise du code. Le poste est proposé en CDI à 100%, avec quatre jours de télétravail par semaine et une journée dans les bureaux à Genève. L'entrée en fonction est envisagée pour le mois d'avril 2027\\. \\Missions principales\\ \* Accompagner le CTO dans la conception, l'analyse et l'évolution de l'architecture des solutions internes. \* Comprendre les besoins des utilisateurs et les processus fiduciaires afin de contribuer à des solutions adaptées aux enjeux métier. \* Participer au développement et à l'amélioration d'outils intégrant des agents IA et des mécanismes d'automatisation. \* Explorer différentes approches techniques, évaluer leurs avantages et leurs limites, et proposer des alternatives argumentées. \* Collaborer avec les équipes techniques, les interlocuteurs produit et les utilisateurs pour construire des outils utiles et fiables. \* Contribuer aux sujets d'infrastructure, de support et d'amélioration continue de l'environnement technologique. \* Documenter les solutions et les choix techniques pour faciliter leur compréhension et leur maintenance. \* Monter progressivement en autonomie et reprendre, à terme, certaines responsabilités du CTO en matière d'architecture logicielle. \\Nous recherchons un profil respectant les critères suivants:\\ \* Vous débutez votre parcours professionnel ou disposez de 0 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un domaine technique. \* Vous possédez des bases en informatique et un intérêt marqué pour l'architecture logicielle, l'intelligence artificielle et les approches de développement assistées par des agents. \* Vous savez analyser une problématique, poser les bonnes questions et réfléchir aux compromis entre plusieurs solutions. \* Vous êtes curieux, proactif et passionné par la technologie, avec une réelle envie d'expérimenter et d'apprendre. \* Vous faites preuve d'écoute et appréciez le contact avec les utilisateurs pour comprendre leurs besoins. \* Vous osez remettre en question une proposition de manière constructive et défendre votre raisonnement avec ouverture. \* Vous avez une sensibilité produit et souhaitez mettre vos compétences techniques au service de problèmes concrets. \* Vous manifestez un intérêt pour les chiffres et êtes prêt à vous investir dans l'apprentissage des métiers fiduciaires. \* Votre potentiel et vos réalisations comptent davantage que votre diplôme : un parcours atypique, des projets personnels, un portfolio ou un profil GitHub sont les bienvenus. \* Vous maîtrisez le français ; l'anglais constitue un atout. \* Vous résidez en Suisse et pouvez vous rendre dans les bureaux à Genève une fois par semaine. !\[SpeciTec SA\]( ) \* SpeciTec SA Place de Pont\\-Rouge 1 1212 Grand\\-Lancy \* \[ \](\< \>) jpid6011bbejm jpit0940jm jpiy26jm
