Atelier Hermès est un bureau d'architecture & de design ainsi que centre de formation, fondée par Patrick Hermès. Le cabinet est depuis 1965 au côté des particuliers et des entreprises dans leurs projets de construction et de transformation.

Architecte MPQ (H/F)

Afin de renforcer notre équipe et d-accompagner le développement de notre structure en pleine expansion, nous recherchons un·e architecte. Le poste s-inscrit en cohésion avec une entreprise générale.

 

Missions : 

  • Développement de projets neufs et de transformations tant institutionnels et commerciaux, que privés
  • Elaboration de plans techniques conformes aux normes suisses.
  • Constitution des dossiers de mise à l-enquête : Dépôt et suivis des APA, DD et phases SIA 
  • Chiffrage et estimation budgétaire des coûts de construction.
  • Organisation et conduite de séances de coordination avec les Maîtres de l'ouvrage, les différents services/ prestataires, les autorités et les mandataires (suivis de chantier et tenue des procès-verbaux)
  • Élaboration de plans d-appel d-offres, d-exécution et de détails
  • Optimisation financière des projets via les appels d'offres : analyses et comparaisons des soumissions, négociation avec les entreprises et sous-traitants
  • Reporting financier des opérations auprès de la direction
  • Coordination et organisation de séances clients
  • Supervision ponctuelle d-étudiants en formation 

Profil recherché : 

* Expérience confirmée : Minimum 5 ans en tant qu'architecte ainsi que dans la conduite de projets en Suisse (atout : expérience en entreprise générale) * Formation : Formation d'architecte HES ou équivalent, diplôme d'ingénieur, complétée par des connaissances techniques du bâtiment. * Connaissances informatiques : Conception et modélisation avec les logiciels Revit et maîtrise des outils informatiques généraux (excel, word, drive, bexio, etc.)  * Connaissances économique : Capacité à évaluer les coûts de construction. * Aptitudes relationelles : Excellent sens de la coordination et de l'organisation. Esprit d'équipe, orientation qualité et service client. Sens de l'écoute, bon relationnel et leadership naturel. * Autonomie et rigueur : Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément. Sens des responsabilités, esprit d'analyse, de synthèse et d'organisation. Esprit pro-actif et gestion polyvalente sur les différente tâches. Très bonne connaissance du cadre réglementaire suisse (lois, normes et règlements). Agir en alignement avec la stratégie et les décisions managériales * Langue principale : Français * Langues secondaires : Anglais (atout) * Mobilité terrain : Permis B et moyen de transport personnel requis. Toutefois, les déplacements sont privilégiés en deux-roues, motorisés ou non, dans le cadre de notre démarche de mobilité responsable.
