What you contribute ##

* Securing the internal and external quality of service and pre-sales for customers (Architects, general contractors, owners & prescribers) enquiries, technical support and other related demands * Advising and supporting Architects, General Contractors, owners, developers and prescribers from pre-design, setting budget till tender phase. * Pro-actively seeking new business opportunities & stating market requirements to the organization. * Budgeting, ensuring tender texts, Expand & enforce architects, owners, developers and pre-scribers' loyal commitment & relation portfolio * Secure and expand project portfolio and Jansen exposure * Securing Portfolio T.O * Follow up of projects and manage/follow up delegated tasks to secure projects  Acquiring, specify and identify new customers and projects to assure Jansen tenders  * Contact with branch related institutes (like VMRG, Architectenweb-) * Managing CRM and equivalent sales control systems

What sets you apart ##

  • Verbal and written fluency in English (mother tongue Dutch)
  • High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor-s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in construction or architectural related preferred
  • Previous customer/architect service and/or sales skills preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
