Die Position

  • Du führst anspruchsvolle Um\- und Neubauprojekte und begleitest diese von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Kosten, Termine und Qualität behältst du im Blick und steuerst die wirtschaftlichen Aspekte deiner Projekte aktiv mit
  • Im Austausch mit Bauherrschaften, Planenden, Behörden und ausführenden Unternehmen vertrittst du deine Projekte kompetent
  • Deine Erfahrung gibst du an interne Projektverantwortliche weiter und unterstützt sie bei fachlichen sowie organisatorischen Fragen
  • Neben der Projektarbeit bringst du dich in übergeordnete Themen ein und übernimmst innerhalb der Organisation zusätzliche Führungsverantwortung

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung als Architekt:in abgeschlossen und mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Ausführung von Hochbauprojekten gesammelt
  • In Bauleitung und Projektsteuerung bist du erfahren und kennst Kosten\- und Ausschreibungsthemen aus der Praxis
  • Idealerweise kennst du die Arbeitsweise einer General\- oder Totalunternehmung aus eigener Erfahrung
  • Wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge eines Bauprojekts beurteilst du sicher und beziehst sie in deine Entscheidungen ein
  • Im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Projektbeteiligten trittst du souverän auf und findest auch bei anspruchsvollen Fragestellungen tragfähige Lösungen
