The posting

Zürich hat viele Architekturbüros. Eines davon hat uns beauftragt, für sie zu suchen. Was es von den anderen unterscheidet: Es gewinnt Wettbewerbe nicht zufällig, sondern weil es die richtigen Leute zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Projekt hat. Wer hier einsteigt, arbeitet nah an der Geschäftsleitung und hat mittelfristig die Möglichkeit, selber Teil davon zu werden. Die Stelle ist für Menschen gemacht, die etwas bewegen wollen und nicht warten, bis man sie darum bittet. 

Das Büro beschäftigt rund 50 bis 70 Personen und hat sich in Zürich einen Namen gemacht mit anspruchsvollen Projekten, einer ernsthaften Wettbewerbspraxis und einer Kultur, in der Entwurfsqualität nicht verhandelt wird. Jetzt suchen wir im Auftrag des Büros eine Architektin oder einen Architekten für die frühen Phasen und die Akquise.

Was dich erwartet. ###

* Entwurf & Wettbewerbe   Du entwickelst architektonische Konzepte von der ersten Idee bis zur Abgabe, übersetzt Anforderungen in klare Lösungen und gestaltest Präsentationen mit. * Projektentwicklung & Akquise  Du wirkst bei der Selektion von Wettbewerben mit, unterstützt Pitch-Unterlagen und nimmst an Bauherrengesprächen teil. * Kommunikation & Schnittstellen   Du kommunizierst Entwurfsideen intern und extern, stimmst dich mit Projektleitung und Fachplanern ab und trägst zur Büropositionierung bei. * Weiterentwicklung & Marktverständnis  Du beobachtest Trends, reflektierst Wettbewerbe und bringst neue Impulse ein.

Das bringst du mit. ###

* Voraussetzungen: - Abgeschlossenes Architekturstudium ETH, FH oder vergleichbar. - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Entwurf und in Wettbewerben. - Starke gestalterische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise. - Kommunikationsstärke und unternehmerisches Denken. * Wünschenswert: - Erfahrung in der Projektentwicklung oder im Bauherrenkontakt. - Verständnis für Bauherrenbedürfnisse und Erfahrung mit Jurys/Behörden. - Vertiefung im Entwurf, Städtebau und/oder Projektentwicklung.
