Für den Bereich Projektentwicklung suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung ein neues Teammitglied.

Aufgaben

  • Sie begreifen Bauen für die Stadt Zürich als Chance, die öffentliche Baukultur zu fördern und nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Sie erarbeiten mittels Strategischer Planungen und Machbarkeitsstudien tragfähige und erfolgsversprechende Grundlagen für zukünftige Bauaufgaben.
  • Sie organisieren faire und transparente Planerwahl\- und Wettbewerbsverfahren, um die bestmöglichen Projekte und Partner zu finden.
  • Sie sind für das bauherrenseitige Projektmanagement von kleineren öffentlichen Bauaufgaben in der Planungs\- und Ausführungsphase zuständig.

Profil

  • Erfahrung und Kompetenz im Bereich der Projektentwicklung
  • Sicheres architektonisches Urteilsvermögen und Kompetenz in konstruktiven Lösungsfindungen bei komplexen Fragestellungen
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Zielorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, Erfahrung mit BIM von Vorteil
  • Überzeugungskraft, Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
