atelier oï ist ein Architektur- und Designbüro mit Sitz in La Neuveville, eingebettet zwischen unseren Landessprachen und inspiriert von den Kulturen der Welt. Das Moïtel ist ein Ort kreativer Gastfreundschaft, der unseren Kundinnen und Kunden sowie unseren Mitarbeitenden eine einzigartige und einladende Atmosphäre bietet. Mit unserem transdisziplinären Team arbeiten wir in zahlreichen Bereichen wie Architektur, Innenarchitektur, Szenografie, Retail Design und Produktdesign - sowohl auf nationaler als auch auf internationaler Ebene. Bis heute haben wir Projekte in 45 verschiedenen Ländern realisiert. Sie arbeiten in einem dynamischen Umfeld, das Selbstständigkeit, Vielseitigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein erfordert.

Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams suchen wir eine/n: ARCHITEKT/-IN (FH/ETH) 100%

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

* Führen von spannenden und anspruchsvollen Architektur- und Innenarchitekturprojekten von der Entwurfs- bis zur Ausführungsphase * Selbstständige konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung der Projekte von der Vorstudie bis zur Ausführung * Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Planunterlagen (Konzept, Projekt-, Ausschreibungs-, Ausführungs- und Detailplänen) und Dokumentationen * Erstellung von Unterlagen für das Baubewilligungsverfahren * Entwicklung konstruktiver Lösungen * Verantwortung für Prozess, Planung und Termine * Zusammenarbeit und selbständige Kommunikation mit Kunden, Behörden, Fachplaner, Unternehmer und weiteren Projektbeteiligten  

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium an einer Fachhochschule oder Hochschule in der Schweiz * Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Schweizer Architekturbüro sowie Vertrautheit mit dem Schweizer Bauwesen und den geltenden Baunormen * Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und in der Projektorganisation * Sicheres Gespür für Entwurf und Gestaltung sowie ausgeprägtes konstruktives Denken * Führungskompetenz sowie eine flexible und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise * Verantwortungsbewusste, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise * Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in 2D/3D Planung, vorzugsweise in AutoCAD und Revit sowie Adobe-Programmen * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
