Architekt/-in Hochbau 80 - 100 % (Entwurf und/oder Ausführung) Hochbauzeichner/-in bzw. Zeichner/-in EFZ Hochbau 60 - 100 %

Für ein seit Ende der 1980er-Jahre inhabergeführtes Planungs- und Architekturbüro im Glattal suchen wir Verstärkung im Wohnungsbau. Das KMU mit rund 24 Mitarbeitenden deckt alle SIA-Phasen ab -- von der Machbarkeitsstudie über Entwurf, Baueingabe und Ausführung bis zur schlüsselfertigen Übergabe von Ein- und Mehrfamilienhäusern sowie Umbauten, Sanierungen und ausgewählten Gewerbebauten. Die Hierarchie ist flach, die Kultur kollegial und persönlich. Der Arbeitsplatz liegt in einem modernen Gewerbebau mit Solarfassade, guter ÖV-Anbindung und Fitnessstudio im Haus.

Als Architektin oder Architekt bzw. als Hochbauzeichnerin oder Hochbauzeichner arbeiten Sie in den Planungsphasen mit, in denen Ihre Stärken liegen. Entwurf oder Ausführungsplanung -- der Aufgabenbereich wird gemeinsam definiert. Sie unterstützen die Projektleitung und arbeiten mit Bauherrschaft, Fachplanern, Behörden und Unternehmern zusammen.

Aufgaben

  • Übernahme und Durcharbeitung von Wohnbauprojekten in der Entwurfsphase oder in der Ausführungsplanung
  • Erstellen von Baueingabeplänen oder von Ausführungs- und Detailplänen
  • Bearbeitung der damit verbundenen planerischen Fragen
  • Koordination im Team und mit externen Partnern

Profil

  • Abschluss als Architekt/-in FH / ETH / Uni oder als Hochbauzeichner/-in / Zeichner/-in EFZ Hochbau
  • Kenntnisse der Planungsabläufe und Bewilligungsverfahren
  • Konstruktive Kenntnisse in Ausführungs- und Detailplanung
  • Erfahrung im Schweizer Wohnungsbau und mit Schweizer Baustandards
  • Vertiefte CAD-Kenntnisse, ArchiCAD, Planung in 3D
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office
  • Selbständige, strukturierte, pflichtbewusste und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Zwingend verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ganzheitliches und wirtschaftliches Denken
  • Belastbare, kommunikative und flexible Persönlichkeit
