Ab Mitte Oktober 2026 suchen wir  ein:e Architekt:in mit 5+ Jahren Erfahrung in der Leitung von Bauprojekten in der Schweiz. Du bist überzeugt, dass Architektur keine isolierte Disziplin ist, sondern stets im Zusammenspiel mit ihrem städtebaulichen, sozialen und ökologischen Kontext gedacht werden muss? Seit über 30 Jahren arbeiten wir an der Schnittstelle von Architektur und Städtebau an komplexen, internationalen Projekten. Für unser Büro in Zürich suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit für die Projektleitung eines grossmassstäblichen Wohnbauprojekts, entwickelt in einem anspruchsvollen Transformationskontext und in einer BIM-Planung umzusetzen.

 

DEIN TÄTIGKEITSBEREICH

  • Projektleitung für die Planung und Realisierung eines grossvolumigen Wohnbauprojekts (SIA Phasen 21-53)
  • Steuerung und Koordination sämtlicher Projektbeteiligten (Architektur, Fachplaner, Behörden, Unternehmungen)
  • Führung des Planungsteams sowie Sicherstellung von Qualität, Kosten und Terminen
  • Implementierung und Sicherstellung der BIM-Prozesse über alle Projektphasen hinweg
  • Verantwortung für die Koordination und Qualität der digitalen Modelle (Koordinationsmodelle, Clash Detection, Modellprüfungen)
  • Organisation und Leitung von Planungs- und Koordinationssitzungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Normen, Richtlinien und behördlichen Auflagen
  • Mitwirkung bei Vergaben und Vertragsmanagement
  • Reporting an Bauherrschaft und interne Gremien

Job requirements

ÜBER DICH

  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung als Projektleitung von grossvolumigen Wohnbauprojekten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der SIA-Phasen sowie der schweizerischen Normen und Verfahren
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in BIM-Projekten, idealerweise in leitender Funktion
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Revit, Kenntnisse in Vectorworks von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (Mindestens C1 oder Muttersprache)
  • Entwurfsfähigkeiten in unterschiedlichsten Phasen und Massstäben
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse über Konstruktionstechniken, Realisierbarkeit und ein gutes Gefühl für Details
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und unternehmerisches Denken
