Für ein etabliertes Architekturbüro mit rund 75 Mitarbeitenden, BIM-Lab und digitaler Projektkette suchen wir eine Architektin / einen Architekten mit Schwerpunkt künstliche Intelligenz und Prozessentwicklung. Das Büro plant und realisiert anspruchsvolle Hochbauten (Gesundheit, Schule, Wohnen, Industrie, Verwaltung) und verbindet Projektarbeit mit der Weiterentwicklung interner Arbeitsweisen. Gesucht ist keine reine Prompt-Nutzung, sondern jemand, der Architekturprozesse analysiert, KI-Piloten aufsetzt und bewährte Lösungen ins ganze Büro trägt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bestehende Arbeitsprozesse in den SIA-Phasen analysieren und sinnvolle KI-Einsatzfelder identifizieren
  • Eigene Ideen in Pilotprojekte mit klaren Zielen übersetzen
  • Laufende KI-Vorhaben unterstützen und ausgewählte Initiativen selbst leiten
  • KI-gestützte Workflows, Vorlagen und Automatisierungen erstellen und erproben
  • Ergebnisse bewerten nach Qualität, Zeitgewinn, Verlässlichkeit und Praxistauglichkeit
  • Erfolgreiche Piloten zu wiederverwendbaren Anwendungen für das gesamte Büro weiterentwickeln
  • Einführung begleiten: Dokumentation, Schulung, direkter Austausch mit den Projektteams
  • Rückmeldungen aufnehmen und Anwendungen laufend verbessern
  • Verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Projektdaten und kritisches Prüfen der eingesetzten Werkzeuge

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossenes Architekturstudium und Erfahrung in der Architekturpraxis - Gutes Verständnis für Abläufe und Anforderungen von Architekturprojekten - Praktische Erfahrung mit KI-gestützten Arbeitsabläufen über gelegentliche Chatbot-Nutzung hinaus (eigene Workflows, Automatisierungen, Verknüpfung von Werkzeugen) - Freude, bestehende Arbeitsweisen zu hinterfragen und mit KI neue Lösungen zu entwickeln - Analytisches Denken, Verbesserungspotenziale erkennen und in konkrete Anwendungen übersetzen - Kenntnisse in No-Code- / Low-Code-Anwendungen, Scripting oder Schnittstellen von Vorteil - Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und kritischer Blick auf KI-Ergebnisse - Eigeninitiative, Pilotprojekte leiten, Wissen transferieren - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Bewerbungen per Email bitte mit Referenz EL201R im Betreff.
