Wir sind ein modernes Architekturbüro am Bodensee und entwickeln innovative Projekte in Holzmodulbauweise - vorwiegend in Deutschland und der Schweiz.

 

Dabei denken wir Architektur nicht nur neu, sondern suchen laufend nach besseren, nachhaltigeren und effizienteren Lösungen. Von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung begleiten wir unsere Projekte über alle Leistungsphasen hinweg.

 

Dafür suchen wir dich als Architekt mit Berufserfahrung, die/der Verantwortung übernimmt, Projekte gerne aktiv mitgestaltet und Lust hat, in einem jungen Team wirklich etwas zu bewegen.

 

Deine Aufgaben ###

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Projektleitung anspruchsvoller Bauvorhaben
  • Mitarbeit in allen Leistungsphasen der HOAI / SIA
  • Entwicklung von Entwurfs- und Planungskonzepten
  • Durcharbeiten in der Ausführungsplanung
  • Koordination von Fachplaner und Projektbeteiligten
  • Kommunikation mit Bauherr, Partner und Behörden
  • Mitdenken, mitgestalten und Lösungen finden - auch wenn es mal komplexer wird

Das bringst du mit ###

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Projektleitung
  • Gute Kenntnisse der HOAI und der SIA
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen CAD- und Planungsprogrammen (VectorWorks und Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an innovativer Architektur und neuen Bauweisen
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Lust, Dinge selbst in die Hand zu nehmen
